Pay with Klarna

This application (app) is connected to Klarna’s payment service. If you order goods and services with this app, you can easily pay for them by using one of the payment methods offered by Klarna. If you are ordering via Klarna in an app for the first time, you first need to choose a suitable payment option. We will retain your information for future use.

We identify you with help of your mobile phone number and a verification code that you receive in an SMS. We may also ask for your personal identification number the first time you connect to the service.

These terms are generic and apply for all apps connected to Klarna’s payment service. Please refer to the specific terms of individual apps for additional terms of use.

The minimum age for using Klarna’s payment services is 15.

Paying with invoice, credit assessment

Klarna offers payment with invoice for the purchase made in the app. Klarna will identify the buyer with help of the mobile phone number or the personal identification number. An invoice with aggregated purchases will be sent monthly. Payment is due within 14 days. If payment is not made within that period, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and interest of 19.90 % will be added.

A credit evaluation is performed every time you make a purchase. This may also result in a credit report being made. In such cases, you will receive a copy of the credit report by ordinary mail. The credit evaluation may result in you not being able to use Klarna’s Invoice service. If this happens, you will need to choose another payment method.

The age limit for paying with invoice is 18 years.

Paying by card

If you choose to pay by card, you can pay by Visa or MasterCard. To pay by card, you need to provide your card number, its expiry date and its CVC code. No surcharges apply for card payments.

Personal data

Klarna processes your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. Klarna processes personal data for purposes of carrying out identification, customer analysis, credit checks, direct marketing and business development. Personal identification numbers are used as customer numbers for customer administration purposes. Please see Klarna’s privacy policy for further information regarding Klarna’s use of personal data.

By using the service you agree to Klarna’s use of your personal data in accordance with Klarna’s privacy policy, including transfers to other companies or countries outside the EU/EEA.

Abuse and right to block access to service

Klarna reserves the right to block access to the service fully or partly without prior notice in case of suspicion of unauthorized use or abuse of the service.
